I found Steve after being coached by a non-veterinary coach. I wanted Steve to help me increase the production in my practice. I have been a practice owner for two decades and all this time walk around with this deep seeded, subconscious, belief about clients which prevented me from charging appropriately for my services. The belief was that if I raised my fees my clients will stop being my friends and stop liking me. Of course this belief was situated deep in my subconscious and I was thus unaware of it. As a result, instead of doing what I should have done years ago, I chose put in longer hours than I cared for to make ends meet. This, however, made me angry and pessimistic about my practice and my professional life. Once I started working with Steve, however, it became clear to him and me what the true issue was. Together we built a plan to break free from that limiting belief. Within 3 months my gross production has gone up between 15-25% and I am working less hours! I now can afford a relief doctor one day a week so I can spend more time with my family and working on my practice. I especially love what my staff says. My staff is so happy with my new-self and they reciprocate by trying harder to do better at work; a win-win situation for every one. Oh, not to mention my clients; they are happier as I now can afford to see fewer clients a day and thus dedicate more time to my patients and to them. I don't know what I would have done without Steve's help. I am now working on my bigger dreams with him and looking forward to a much more fulfilling life. Thank you Steve.
